Storm Dylan’s lashing rain past through
The Dexter bull and Highland cow
Stood in the lee of a birch copse
Now in the calm its New Year 2018.

We will light the stranger’s candle?
It’s something that we’ve done
for as long as we’ve been a family.
Lighting a welcoming candle in a window
on Christmas Eve
for any stranger walking home
returning to their family in the darkness.
Or maybe a child of ours
making their life’s journey
in their own way.

Really looking forward to South Wales Uillean Pipes playing! And if this doesn’t get your foot tapping nothing will!

Out of the darkness comes light!
Did I mention Matthew Frederick would be playing piano?

Once upon a time when a man lost the plot he was told whence and where to go! The Donald go!
