Sat with me and reassured me while I suffered heart failure…waiting for an ambulance to arrive.

What’s a moment when a stranger completely restored your faith in people?
An old man collecting shellfish on a beach. He asked how I came to be there. Well I said it’s a long story. He replied I have the time. He looked out at the sea with pale blue eyes and so the story begins.
